Since we live in a geography with a high earthquake risk, building owners are obliged to take out compulsory earthquake insurance according to the Decree No. 587. The premium and guarantees of this policy are determined by the DASK institution. In cases where the compulsory DASK policy is made late, additional fees and penalties may be imposed by the state.
